Hi all,
I wanted to let everyone know that Amazon.es may be having issue with stock on their site pages. I recently ordered the Blu-ray of Gloria (2013), which has consistently been listed as "In Stock", but despite ordering on May 4th, the item had not shipped as of yesterday (May 12th), so I decided to try an online chat. During this chat, I was informed by the representative that the BD had actually been out-of-stock but was on hand from May 10th. When I queried as to why it had not been shipped immediately, he had no real answer. Hours later, I then finally received a shipping confirmation e-mail. I was given an €5,00 voucher for my next order, but unfortunately, I did not notice that the BD had also dropped in price while I was waiting for it ship. A subsequent chat to try to get them to refund the difference was fruitless, given that I had been provided the voucher. So, just in case you are planning any time-sensitive orders from Amazon.es, be advised that you may have to wait longer than you think. |
