Seeing that these three studios are the major 3 studios, who's films win oscars constantly, this trio of studios re-release their films in gold slipcovers on both Blu-Ray and DVDs (although I've only seen Warner do that).
I actually love these slipcovers and I see many of you others do too. And seeing that there are many blu-rays released with these slipcovers, I hope there is plenty of room for discussion. Also, I've noticed Paramount's award winning sleeves (two examples being There Will Be Blood and Top Gun) are harder to find then Warner(who's releases are according to amazon not encoded for region 1, which I don't believe) and Universal's. |
