Indeed, but in the alpha, Vanguard had sweet weapons that were way above the level 8 cap, so we couldn't use them. So getting these to start with is party time!

It applies to all pre-orders... what's the problem with Bungie.net? Was pretty strait forward when I signed up.

It's the verification email they sent. When clicking the link in the email and when it takes me to the new page it says something went wrong. All my settings seem fine. I can't send another verification email yet.

In other bad news, all the Ghost editions are sold out at Amazon, so you might want to grab a LE quick. I got the LE for the DLC and canceled my standard.

I'm sure there will be a midnight release at Best Buy. I plan on buying the LE from there at the midnight release. That way I know I'll have it in my hands that night. Can't wait!!

Does anybody know what the UK situation is with pre-order extra DLCs. GAME appear to have snagged the Vanguard pack as an exclusive and also a Sparrow DLC upgrade of some sort according to their website.

Amazon is where I have my order as I have a money off voucher, but freebies are are a nice incentive and the gear may have better stats to start with.

Ok, I bit the bullet and ordered the Ghost edition @ GAME. Suppose if I get buyers remorse I can just cancel before launch, but I suppose value wise, it all added up.

By 'value' I mean rip off UK pricing per usual

So I should get the sparrow upgrade, vanguard armoury etc. I have £20 of reward points i'm wondering whether I should have applied to the order. After all, if the price goes down, it's not as if my reward points are worth less. I just pay less cash. However, I was in 'conspiracy' mode of "what if they lied(!)"

I'm looking at the Digital Guardian edition. I can't tell if it includes the Season Pass or not. Limited explicitly says Season Pass. It says reservations... what the hell does that mean???
