My last order that looked so water damaged, they had to use a new box and one steel was missing from it

Sweet Jesus!! Oh man, i would be soooo pissed, and have been. Ive posted pics of a box i got from Amazon.de through DHL and it was entirely mangled but the steels were secured in tight plastic on a slab of cardboard and weren't damaged luckily. That is just unacceptable, i imagine you've got in touch with them, i would, their CS is actually pretty good. All my japanese orders come through them and ive had alot of problems lately with orders inexplicably being sent back in mid-transit to the seller or sitting with the delivery courier for a week, totally bizzare stuff. I hope you get it in one piece and timely.
