Hi
![]() I am having trouble with my Blu-ray, HDCP and playback. My set up is……….. PC: HP Pavilion 061 Media Center OS: XP Professional Media Center 5.1 SP 3 Processor: x86 Family 15 Model 6 Stepping 4 GenuineIntel ~3201 Mhz 2GB Ram 1TB HDD GC: NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GS Adapter RAM 512.00 MB Blueray: HL-DT-ST BDDVDRW GGC-H20L Bundled with Cyberlink Power DVD ultra 7 + update. Display: Onn TL2638-TP This is connected to the PC using a DVI-D (DVI Digital) single link cable from the graphics card into a DVI/HDMI converter and then into one of two HDMI sockets on the TV. All drivers and firmware up to date As far as I know When I try to play Blu-ray with Cyberlink Ultra Power DVD I get this massage “ Fail to enable HDCP Please switch to analog Output {VGA Dsub} and try again Error code =0107 please run the BD/HD advisor tool for more information” I ran the advisor and all was ok except “video connection type digital with out HDCP” I should say that my system runs great for everything other than this. The LG seams fine and plays everything other than HD and Blu-ray. I suspect the TV obviously, but I am told that all HDMI are inherently HDCP compliant and that the converter should not make any difference? Any ideas? EDIT: I just got anydvd HD and the blu-ray plays but now it skips. The solutions on the other posts don't seam to help, ie beta version. Last edited by jonnyhull; 06-23-2008 at 10:01 PM.
