Default HDTV Selection

So I've finally decided to bite the bullet and get me one of them new-fangled HDTVs. I find it hard to sift through all the fluff and false advertising, so I thought I'd see if you gents could recomend a good model with these specifications:

-32"
-1080p
-120Hz
-Great Picture Quality and these spiffy 'deep blacks' I've heard so much about
-Good options for picture adjustment/calibration

Also money is no object (for this size TV anyway) if its more than I can make this summer, I'll just save up a bit more. Thanks!
