They should beat Jacksonville. The only thing is since all 32 teams are really really good you never know for sure. One reason why I did not think tonight's game was that big of an upset was because in the NFL it's never a for sure thing that you are going to win even if you are the best NFL team and you are playing the worse NFL team at home (not saying the Cowboys are the best team and the Redskins are the worst time, just making a point that any NFL team can beat any other NFL team on any given day).

As an extremely pessimistic Cowboys fan, even I think they'll beat Jacksonville. However with no pass rush (and Durant now out for the season) even Bortles could pick them apart (as evidenced by Colt McCoy's performance tonight). I think there's a good possibility of them being 7-3 during their bye week and finishing 1-5 to be at 8-8 again.

Most people didn't think Washington winning in Dallas was likely either.

Damn those Jaguars. How can you basically domintate the 1st half in total yards then throw 2 pick 6's? Defense has played very well, it's the offense once again.

I'm so glad Jerry Jones is the GM.
Even on the Cowboy forum they curse the guy a lot.
They have a tuff 2nd half schedule, except for the Jaguars.
If they lose Romo for awhile,I do not see them making the playoffs.
say hello to 8-8 again.

Happy 49er Fan

Wooohoooo! Good job Washington Redskins!
Love seeing Dallas get all banged up, and Murray just being run into the ground, all in time for the 2 Philly games!
Thanksgiving is going to be a tough game, Philly is going to need all the help they can get!

? Murray was 141 yards on only 19 carries. He was amazing yet again. Maybe you meant romo being run into the ground? In which case id say, just another ahole philly fan enjoying it when another human gets hurt. But you knew that already.

Trade deadline is today at 4:00 ET. The NFL trade deadline usually passes with nothing big happening, and it'd be surprising if anyone substantial is traded, but it's not out of the question that some team that is out of contention could get rid of a player with a bloated salary or an expiring deal. A couple somewhat big trades that have occurred at the deadline in recent years include the Patriots acquiring Aqib Talib in 2012 and the Raiders ill-fated trade for Carson Palmer in 2011.

Wouldn't be shocked to possibly see V Jax and Doug Martin moved.

Rookie growing pains. No need to worry yet.

I meant exactly what I said, keep feeding Murray the ball, as he will wear down towards season's end. I never wish injury on anyone, but thank you for the broad generalization anyway...must be a "Dallas fan" thing(see how that works).

Very minor deadline trade as the Bucs trade safety Mark Barron to the Rams. Barron was the #7 pick in the 2012 draft but has been underwhelming thus far in his career and is a liability in pass coverage. The Rams gave up 4th and 6th round picks in the deal.

There was that Julius Peppers play on the goal line when the game was still early. Like that's something you do when you're blowing out the other team. Didn't even try to disguise him as a blocker or anything, just lined him out wide

Another very minor trade at the deadline:

Quote:
New England traded its 5th-round pick to Tampa Bay for LB Jonathan Casillas and Bucs' 6th-round pick, per source.
Similar to the previous trade with the Titans for Akeem Ayers New England is giving up very little. With the Bucs record and the Patriots record this will probably end up with the Bucs moving up less than 10 spots.

Not a better front office in the NFL than that group.

I see Calvin Pryor being a Barron clone... Would have loved to have Benjamin right now.
