Just Bought a House...help me hide my devices

Hey everyone, I just bought a home and the basement is already finished with a recessed wall awaiting my glorious TV. However, I'd like the only thing going into the TV to be an HDMI cable from my receiver which is hidden. I have two options, one to hide all of my equipment in a closet and one to hide it in the room unfinished room against the stairs into the basement. There's HVAC and stuff in there, which I don't think would be a problem giving the appropriate cabinetry.

Basically, what I'm looking for is the best way to hide a receiver, PS3, PS4, Wii U, cable modem, router, and switch.

The cable lines come in right in the unfinished room so it's an issue of splitting at the source for internet and then TV in the rest of the house is already wired. I'm going to wire my house for ethernet so that's why I'm getting a 16 port switch. But the big issue I'm having is cabinetry and how to hide everything neatly. I'd like to avoid putting stuff on a simple rack in the closet because there's piping behind the closet in a panel that I'd like to keep access too. So my only solution is some kind of enclosure that I can put in the other room.

Any suggestions? I would like this to be a purchase, not a DIY project.
