James, you can google "Auto translator for websites" and install whatever add-on is suggested. Or use something called "Google Translator". If you donwload the browser called "Chrome", there is a very easy translator for it, that automatically translates the page for you. Good luck

The google toolbar also has built in translation for websites, and it works pretty well.

You hit a site in your browser, and a bar at the top offers to translate the current page. You can also set to always translate german, french, etc. If it's a https:// connection (shopping cart, checkout), it will always ask first if you want to translate.
