I tried it on Into the Woods and it didn't work. Bottom the email says the code "excludes preorders". It's Zavvi, go figure.

Still cannot make my pre-order to Germany

Anyone else with the same issue of

"We are sorry but there are items in your basket that we are unable to send to your chosen delivery address. Please remove these from your basket before proceeding."

First time that Zavvi doesn't want to send me stuff here... Looks like will have to pay double on eBay after these are released...

They trying to keep us from bundling all the steelbooks together?
