I respect creators for being brave enough to tell the story they want to tell. Hope they don't back on their vision in following seasons. I didn't read the books and I don't care what happened there.

Hoping the writers stick to their vision as well. I'm sick of those few crybabies who scream and stomp their feet when they find something the least bit offensive. I'm so tired of those idiots being pandered to.

I just pre-ordered the Bolton arwork cover. I was going to buy it in stores, but looks like Bolton is the only exclusive cover that's online only. Why they didn't do a Stannis one is beyond me, that would have been great! I'm curious to know what it looks like physically, because the artwork certainly changed and I'm not a big fan of it.

Also, hopefully they don't sell out by the time they send it to me.

Last year, I pre-ordered the Tyrell cover, only to send me a generic copy in the mail. They sold out afterwards, so not much I could have done, but instead of refunding me or offering me the option to pick the other covers, they just sent me that version in hopes I keep it. they also sent me the generic cover two weeks after release date. Really pissed me off. I returned it to the store and gave up. This time I pre-ordered it in plenty of time, this is their second and last chance, but I'm not holding my breath. Best Buy doesn't do the best in pre-orders.

I also really hate that the exclusive covers are online only.

I'm not buying the rest of the blus until the bastards release them in a standard Viva case like they did season 1. They can take their over-priced digipacks and stick them.

Thank you for posting that! Just going to order all three versions and hope they drop to $29.99 by release day.

LOL. Fair enough. Maybe with some colored sharpie's you can draw your own sigil or character on that.

Truth be told, I've never cared that much for the sigil covers. I've been more than happy with the standard ones for each season. And I love the one for this season.

I don't care for the alternate covers, I'm just fine with the standard covers. As long as I own the show on Blu-ray all is hunky dory.

I have them as Stark (season one), Lannister (two), Targaryen (three), and Tyrell (four).

Since I've already got a Targaryen cover, the debate is between Bolton or Martell for this season. I hate decisions.

As I am now 4 seasons into the Best Buy gimmick, I preordered Martell and Bolton. I'll either hang on to both or part with one next year if they get repeated again.

i have the same four in the order you listed

i went with Bolton because the family had a bigger role this season although Martell house shouldve been featured more

also Bolton house is online only, the other two appear like theyre going to be found in store so perhaps Bolton will be rare (lower print run)

I think many would disagree on that one, on accounts of how poorly that storyline was received.

Nicest looking design/cover art of any season so far imo.

So they're offering like 4 different designs but they won't offer us a standard Viva case option? REALLY?

Why would you want a viva case?

The digibook cases they use for GOT are beautiful, easy to use and work great for disc storage.

I absolutely despise that fold out cardboard shit. Every blu I own is in a standard Viva case whether it has cover art or not. My DVD collection is all in similar DVD cases. No goofy packaging. These HBO *******s released the first season of GoT in a Viva, and it was selling for $20 for a while. That's exactly the way the rest of the seasons should be. There's nothing beautiful to me about annoying cardboard that I need space to fold out when I want to find a disc. Viva Elite cases are awesome standard cases. Functional, and perfect for saving shelf space.
