i work for the postal service, and i can tell you that im not suprised. but just for your comfort, all the netflix i touch, i handle with care. haha

I have had 2 discs snap in half while carefully taking them out of their package. I have never felt so nervous about handling any media aside from casette tapes like i do with BD

what do you use to take them out, but considering how BDs, CDs and DVDs use the exact same plastic at the same thickness, there is no reason why they should brake in half more easily then DVDs or CDs.
