ok - trailer was kind of dumb but maybe that is just me. I gotta say just bought 2K16 on sale on PSN, I have been missing out. Have not had a wrestling game for years. Loving it. I will definitely look into 17.

Do you think this means the story will be goldberg this time?

They wouldn't base the showcase mode on a pre-order bonus. This is just a bonus character like Sting a few years ago or Arnold last year.

Goldberg is a good character, though would be nice if he was already part of the regular line up instead of a download pre order freebie, but that's part of the marketing.

I've been playing a lot of 2k16 lately. I expect 17 to be awesome. So many little things I have noticed movement wise and such the last week.

I expect the graphics and lighting to improve big time. Still wondering who is on the cover. My money is on Lesnar.

the game is coming to ps3 and 360 too, so don't expect improvement in graphics

I'm personally skipping this because 2k16 has way too much content, and by the time I'm done with MyCareer, 2k18 would be out

Until they take a year off and announce a new engine these games will continue to look the same. You can't realistically expect them to crank out a game every year and fix what needs fixing.

It'll be interesting based on the cover if Brock is the focus of the Showcase mode - simply for the fact that Kurt Angle played such a pivotal role in his career (three classics in WM 19, Summerslam 2003 and the Smackdown Iron Man match).... hopefully Angle signs a WWE deal and is included!

I wish they would get rid of universe mode and give us a real career mode like we had in HCTP that's was the last game that had a good career mode plus I hate when I have to make my own character.

Haven't played one of these games in years but ended up getting the NXT Limited Edition off WWE Shop yesterday. Might be sold out already there.

I'm assuming the NXT Enhancement Pack will be avalible to buy/download from the PS Store for those that don't want to pay the $100 for the NXT Edition bundle?

What all is included in the digital deluxe edition on the PS Store? It's $90, and only says it includes the WWE 2K16 MyPlayer KickStart and the Goldberg DLC, but that also is listed for the regular digital edition, so what else is included in the deluxe?

the extra $30 is for the season pass, which I assume would include the nxt wrestlers. there are no details yet except that it will includes four DLC packs

I figured that out when I checked out the Xbox order page. I don't think it listed the season pass on the PSN yet. 4 download packs, and NXT will probably be the first. I sure hope the other 3 are worth it. So far it looks promising. The graphics look better than the last two games, I will give them that.

I wish there were more options for wrestling games now, I enjoy 2k, but I don't want to play that every year

I just went by the screenshot of Bella. Last year, their lips were oversized, like they were swelled up, doesn't seem to be that way in this one. I hope more little things have been tweaked like that.
