It'd be great if it has the updated movie BDs (inc. extended cuts) with the 8-part bonus documentary BDs. Might be worth buying for the UV code alone, flog that for £20+ and that's half the set paid for already. Not gonna get it now though, I'll wait for feedback about what's actually on there and if it's sound then I'll make a move when it hits £30.

I have a feeling it might have the new movie discs as it seems to be a cut down version of the Hogwarts Collection. Regarding selling the codes, that's what I was thinking, then if sell my standard set too, it should pretty much cover the cost. I'm a bit fuzzy on all the extras though, will I lose a bunch of stuff from the 3 bonus discs in the standard set or will the new 8 discs cover it?

I've got it locked in at £33.25 at Amazon UK, so might just go for it. Part of me can't really be arsed though, I'm perfectly happy with the set I have but the extended cuts would be nice to have.

EDIT: Oh wow, CEX buy the old set for £18 currently, so I'd probably make money upgrading after flogging the codes!

I haven't looked too closely at all the extras from the 3 discs in the standard set but I think I'm right in saying that When Harry Left Hogwarts won't be on this new set (it was included on the bonus disc for DH part 2 and a longer version on the bonus disc in the Hogwarts/Wizards collection) which would be a shame 'cause it's great.

Thanks for the info, much appreciated. I've watched that and it was excellent. See, this is making me wonder if I should bother with getting it again. I'm not a hardcore fan, but I really enjoyed the series so maybe I'll just stick with the one I have. I can barely keep up with watching the films I buy, let alone extras most of the time anyway. But those extended versions might sway me as I would like to have those, it's the films that count for me more. Decisions, decisions!

I bought the Hogwarts Collection some time ago for £45 from Amazon.
I listed the UV codes on ebay and sold them for £20. A few days later Ebay emailed me to say that Warner Home Video had complained about the UV codes being sold separately so I got an official warning.
I asked them about the instantly viewable 250+ other UV codes being listed and they made no comment other than to say it is against ebay rules to sell UV codes on their own.
I suspect Warner came down on sellers for the Hogwarts codes as it was a substantial sale compared to the usual individual movies for under a fiver.

I sold Breaking Bad UV codes for a tenner prior to that without any problems
