Thinking about going back for one more round.

10 to midnight and maybe Black Widow.

Can anyone comment on Black Widow? I'm a big fan of Terry O'Quinn

I really enjoyed "Black Widow". It's a tad predictable, but both Debra Winger and Theresa Russell are fantastic in it. It's definitely worth picking up for 15 bucks. A really underrated 80s thriller.

Cancelled my pre-orders from earlier in November and re-ordered Moby Dick, The Last Detail and Scorpio to save some $$$.

This is on Netflix streaming at the moment, re-watched it last week for the first time since it was originally released. Enjoyable and I'm surprised that Winger did not go on to be a bigger star.

Black Widow was a totally blown opportunity. All of that potential squandered.

Save your $$$.

Winger was apparently very difficult to work with. She is/was a great actress though.

Just checked in for the first time in a couple of days. Whoa!

Picked up:

The Bride Wore Black
Fate is the Hunter
Heaven Knows, Mr. Allison
Oliver!
The Young Lions

Hard to limit it to five, but I've bought a number of Criterion titles in the current B&N event. Plus, everything else...

Hope everyone makes out like a bandit.

Essential buy if one is a fan of "epics" and/or widescreen cinematography.

I don't know. Anyone who could have a son named Babe Howard is OK by me. Nyuk-nyuk!

If Screen Archives Entertainment were a woman, then I'd probably have a restraining order filed against me by now.

GOOD NEWS: It's still available on TT's site.

I dunno. I don't think anyone could top Anthony Quinn for that honor.

I'm rather surprised that Alamo Bay and Royal Flash haven't sold out yet. I thought they dropped under 50 copies each after the 7 for 70 sale.
