Panasonic U.S. DMR BD recorders and specs. - Blu-ray Forum

I hope Sony comes up with a couple of Blu-ray recorders. I need one so badly. I have over 800GB of HD recorded on hard drives (mostly golf and tennis) and I know HDD can fail so I need Blu-ray to copy all my stuff. I hope they announce something at the beginning of next year(maybe CES), I'll need another HDD for the start of next season of golf (mid-february).

Very nice but I'll buy a PS3 first then think about the Panasonic. I'll buy it if it lets me make blu-ray backup copies

sounds good to me if it does come out i will buy it! will it come to canada too?
