Can I put 5 DVD .iso's on 1 Blu-ray disc?

Would the player just play the first ISO files and work its way to down the list. I don't think you need a menu. You might be able to skip chapters in a movie; it might skip to the next movie. I'm not sure how Blu-ray works, but I believe you can do this on DVD.
