Firmware upgrade w/ a MAC

Unfortunately there is no download option unless you run Windows. However, you can have Sony send you a disc with the firmware on it free of charge. Click Here. Under the notes section there is a link to request the free firmware disc.

You need to extract the .exe file but Mac's do not use/understand .exe.
