PPO's are more costly but you get to work with a Private Practitioner not sone big center where you can't choose a doctor. HMO's are cheaper but there is the chance that you will get the run around sometimes.

HMO's will usually cover most of the cost of visits and help alot with scripts. Some PPO's require you to pay for a certain amount of procedures then the rest are covered.

There's a lot of variation and research will help you decide.

Well, my cold shakes got worse. Decided to head to patient first. $190.00 dollars later, I have a stomach virus. Got a script to help with nasuea. They said advil will help with the shakes. If I am not better In a few days, we are going to postpone thanksgiving.

This crap is terrible they said I was borderline dehydrated.

Last time I got a stomach virus I had to take suppositories. That was not fun.

Uhhh.. that doesn't sound too well.
At least now you know what it is and have some medicine for it!
Didn't they give you any antibiotics for the virus? Hmm, weird.

Drink lots and lots of water!

Feel better soon.

I don't think antibiotics work on virus'. You would need an antiviral if memory serves.
