No advantage to DVD-Audio or SACD with HDMI 1.3 over HDMI 1.2

Pioneer ELITE DV-48 HDMI 1.2a is $99 - DSD over HDMI compatability.

I have this player. Its very good. And I concur that HDMI 1.3 has no advantage for DVDa or SACD.
