I owed all these movies on dvd before. Now i want buy them again on blu and the reason why i ask you guys, instead of just reading the reviews on this web site or any other site is because they give mix reviews. Also sometimes if they like the movie they will give it a good review and if not they trash it. I bought few movies based on the good reviews ,that i now hear that will be Re-Release like goodfellas,Batman Begins,Dog Day Afternoon, and kiss kiss bang bang. that`s not fair for a guy who has to double dip 95 of his movies.

Most BDs will beat the SD DVD and that is the general consensus, some more than others but the majority aren't reference material.

I'd say buy the movies you like the most and take it from there. Rental is advisable if not familiar with the movie but rental is what I do for the most part as I own about 50 titles to date. I have a about 100 SD DVDs and I haven't really duplicated very many. Most purchases are for new material.
