Maybe you can explain the situation to someone at a B&N store and exchange your copy of Season 2 for a mint copy if that was the only season that was damaged?

Were yours both from BN? I've been told folks who have used BBCShop for this title have also had similar issues, so it seems like it may not matter where you get it, but it is interesting to know that people may be getting good copies.

Mine was from Barnes and Noble.
