Extra rest, extra fluids (I go with water, real ginger ale, not fake ginger ale & orange juice) & homemade chicken soup, again, not the fake stuff. Nasal irrigation via a Neti Pot, with a natural saline solution helps too, & recent studies have shown that regular use of a Neti Pot system may reduce the duration & frequency of cold & flu symptoms. Avoid using tap water with the Neti Pot, you don't want to introduce potential contaminates into your sinuses, especially Naegleria fowleri-contaminated water. Also, bring a small pan of water to a boil & then turn the heat off. After the water stops boiling, add a few drops of 100% pure eucalyptus oil, & even a few drops of 100% pure peppermint oil as well. Throw a towel over your head, lean over the pan & breathe in the vapors, be careful though because the vapors can be quite intense if inhaled to forcefully. Of course you first want to make sure that you're not allergic to either of these oils.

At Straw Hat for the lunch buffet. Cat's In The Cradle was on when I came in so now I'm checking out the song's wiki page. Right now they're playing a song that I'm assuming is called Down On Main Street. It sounds like Bob Seger but I'm not sure if it's him. Oh yeah, and if MSN isn't fecking up, going to read an article on how some Lithuanian outpost got the Ball brothers to play there. I'd like to go to Lithuania someday...I think

Yeah it was a good song. I have one of his greatest hits album. My mom liked him a lot when she was younger. I think she had a thing for guys with beards haha He does have some good songs.
