MCU > Current Star Wars.
What I have in my collection speaks volumes. Do you see any officially owned anything Star Wars in it? No, I don't have anything.

This is the best movie news I have heard in a long time!

The guys behind the best, highest quality show on television creating new Star Wars films?

I wish they would announce something like this for the Alien series.

Maybe Michelle MacLaren will be the first female Star Wars director. By the time these films are ready to go she’ll have had big budget experience with that Cowboy Ninja Viking movie.

I can't wait to see Game of Thrones meets Star Wars, should be fantastically brutal.

Yeah, at the rate Disney is going David Lynch may end up directing a Star Wars film after all.

Also, anyone who thinks we will get anything more than PG13 Star Wars is delusional and needs to get back on their medication.

I really do not want this.

Star Wars is a family friendly series.

I'd like to have seen what Joss Whedon could have produced, but the internet doesn't like him now because he sided with women on some things.

It will remain that way. There's no way these guys are being hired to add eroticism to SW.

GoT works so well because D&D had George RR Martin's ideas to go off of.

Maybe they can sit down with George Lucas and he can give them a trilogy of material to base it off. That would be interesting at least.

I don’t know, it seems Lucasfilm don’t have anything else to do beside Star Wars (and one Indiana Jones). I would love to see some other original films. But obviously they want more money.

I was excited for more Star Wars when the Disney deal was first announced but it's just too much too fast.
