One of my UV titles from Sony ('You Can't Take It With You') is missing from MA. On the advice of an MA support person, I unlinked my UV from VUDU, dumped my cache, then restarted my computer. When attempting to reconnect UV to VUDU, though, I keep getting this message:
"You have exceeded the number of different VUDU Inc. accounts you can link to your UltraViolet Library. If you need help, please contact customer support." Anyone ever have this problem before and know how to resolve it? I only have the one VUDU account so I'm thinking that perhaps there's some kind of 'lag' before the UV account is truly unlinked despite the confirmation email that it is already? Any help would be greatly appreciated - thank you! |
