Default Help With Samsung Blu Ray Player

I currently own a HT-BD2T/XSA Samsung Blu Ray player which doesn't want to play all of my Blu Ray movies. I ran Samsung up and they said update it which I did do, and they had only one available update.

This of course now lets me play more Blu Rays but others such as Hellboy II: The Golden Army and Futurama Benders Game still won't play and ask for an update.

Is there an update coming out or a way to get around this?

Maybe iam missing something.I don't know this player Are you sure it isn't a Samsung 1500 or is it The p2550 model

Anyways this is a Samsung site.

Give them a call . They are going to ask you a couple of Questions ,let them know what's happening and ask for the newest firmware that's out for your player.

If they try to tell you to go to the site and burn it.Just tell them you don't have a computer and your pissed. If iam not mistaken firmware gets mailed out every Friday..

If the movies aren't playing it's firmware after new firmware and still not -playing take it in and get a new one. Don`t play around with Samsung.

If it is a new player Then i belive you only have a 3 month warranty

Good luck, There Support isn`t the greatest
