Default Closed Caption (CC)

I went to best buy to look at Samsung BD player and I played with it for two hours. This player don't have CC (Closed Capition) built in even BD movies don't have CC but they does have some subtitle with English SDH (Subtitle for Deaf and Hard of Hearing). DVD movies with CC doesn't working on Samsung BD player. I am very, very disappointed about that.

Most DVD players does have CC built in and most DVD movies have CC and Subtitle English with SDH.

Deaf communities and people prefer have CC because it's more clear than subtitle and we used to it. On Television, almost all of channels have CC. So, we want BD movies have CC.

Please don't forgot about us! And be fair...

I think this a feature that will be rolled out in the future as the players are less about early adopters and less focused on working then providing features. My guess is either the next wave of player roll outs or the second gen players will have CC. Remember that first gen of DVD players didn't have CC either.
