I always wondered what happened to Jet.com. They wanted to become the next Amazon but I guess it didn't work out. After a hiatus (probable reorganization) they seem to have resurfaced as a purveyor of luxury goods. May as well - it's the only market advertisers are targeting these days. Everything is luxury, luxury luxury. Nothing for the blue collar working class.

Just to clarify, places like Walmart don't seem to want to dismiss the non-luxury market altogether (otherwise, where would people like me buy toilet paper for a buck?) - they're just pushing into an emerging upscale market that EVERYBODY else is targeting. So maybe in about 10 years we might see satellite Walmart boutiques that sell $50 toothpaste sprouting up everywhere

This reminds me of that commercial where the wife says they can afford the good toilet paper, as much as they want. And the husband feels like the king of the world because he can buy good toilet paper.

My landlord refuses to accept rent payments electronically for some God-forsaken reason so every month I have to trudge on to the PO twice in the same day to purchase and then mail out the money order. Doesn't he realize that if he joined the 21st Century he would get his money on time instead of 2-4 days after the due date? lol.

We always get the winter weather around Halloween and right now we're getting pounded with snow. It makes me glad that I replaced the a/t's on the truck less than two weeks ago.
But i'm getting annoyed at being stuck behind people who bought inappropriate vehicles for living up here, or people who refuse to buy winter tires and are creeping along the road.
There's rarely any accidents, probably because of driving so fn slow, so that helps with my lack of patience.

Sitting on 2 As, a B and a C in my 4 winter classes, hopefully those will be my final grades. Be a nice boon to my 2.8 NMSU GPA. Got an A, a B+, a B and a B- last term so about the same. Time for a bit more studying before work.

I had a really good GPA until I got a D in Spanish. One freaking D and my GPA dropped a lot, I don’t get it.

Looking over the new product upgrades Apple announced. That new iPad Pro line....

. Too bad I bought my iPad Pro earlier this year. Hopefully these new models continue with the upgraded keyboard folio for years to come so I can upgrade when my iPad gets too old.

I had two jackass kids try to be funny, one said "happy Hanukkah"and the other said "happy Christmas" — after I gave them candy, they just left without saying thank you. Their parents should be ashamed for raising these little brats. No respect.

Definitely! I'm thinking of trading in my current iPad Pro to Apple. They say I'll get $375 towards a new one. My current iPad with Brydge keyboard is quite hefty to hold. The new iPad Pro with the folio keyboard case will be much lighter and more maneuverable.

You can see here on Apple's site how thin and gorgeous the new folio case is. The smart connector is now on the back of the iPad. The entire setup looks amazing.

My only concern about the new keyboard folio is whether or not the iPad will tip over when setup, either on a desk or your lap. Keyboard looks awfully light by design, so I'm curious about this now. But the iPad looks amazing and closer to the design on the MacBook Pro models.
