I don't have the disc, but since it's also from Entertainment One (changed from Fox) and has the same extras, I would assume it's locked. For what it's worth, both the back cover and the disc art also have the Region B symbol:

I think you probably answered my question. Where were you able to find these pic btw? I hate to keep asking region questions if there are sites that have packaging photos like that. There weren't any on this site. thanks
