Wonder if they still have the music substitution in the first Invisible Man film.

Does the stand alone blu ray of The Invisible Man have music substitutions, Si? This is the first I have heard of it.

Many thanks for the info mate, and well spotted.
It'll be nice to have the rest of Universal's Invisible Man films on blu-ray.

I'm a bit surprised at the fact they're releasing them only now in the UK, despite the set being out in the US for a while now, and even Germany. I've already have them ordered, but still a bit odd. I can't wait to have the entire set (already own the older release of Phantom).

I don't know why the delay, but it does seem to happen with blu-ray releases now and again. Even with British films, you'd expect to be able to buy them here in Britain from day one, but sometimes you have to buy from abroad instead.

With the Creature set the delay was the botched 3D transfer of Revenge, which took forever to replace. They probably wanted to release both sets together.

Because of the long gap I capitulated and got the IM series US set from WowHD even though at 27$ it was a good deal more than what I paid for the Frankenstein and Mummy sets. But considering that these have 5-6 movies in mostly excellent restorations at around the same price as a 2-disc Criterion release, it's still worth it.

I believe there was some problems with the 3D discs in the US release and replacements disc to be requested and all that hazzle...
I wonder if this set carries the corrected ones.

Only a few weeks from release and still not listed on zoom
They only show the DVD edition which cost more than what amazon are currently charging for the Blu-ray edition.

Now up on zoom but £22.99 for the Creature legacy set (only £15 on amazon) is a bit steep for 2 discs.
But the Invisible Man set (4 discs) is £15 on zoom (only £13.50 after SIGNUP10 discount) which is much better deal than amazon who have it up for £25.00.

So, amazon have my money for the Creature legacy set, while Zoom is the best option for The Invisible Man set

Surely they've got the pricing on these mixed up. Might be best to go for Invisible Man now if you want it. And then, if they do indeed lower Creature to £14.99, cancel your Amazon orders and go with Zoom for that instead.

Both are down to 15 on Zoom - SIGNUP10 for 27 total. Sounds good to me!
