I'm quite pleased with the UK>CDN exchange rate right now...and it shows how falsely inflated the US dollar really is.
I found a copy of NIN's Pretty Hate Machine original vinyl pressing (1990) for 20 pounds plus 6.50 shipping insured and got 1.88 as the exchange rate. If our dollar is that strong against the pound then we should still be on par with the US dollar. It pissed me off, because I can't order as much from the US right now as I'm getting 1.29 rate instead of 1.01!! That sucks Echoes was damaged - I hope they get it back in soon so you can avoid Acoustic Sounds price. |
