Default Movies Only A Mom/Dad Could Love

Growing up is painful enough right? What makes it worse is the films that you are forced to watch when you are too young to know any better. You sit through them and on occasion you like them but most of the time it is pure torture. Name these films that you recall making your life miserable!

I feel sorry for you guys. My dad got me into home theater in the first place. As a child I was "forced" to watch the following movies:

Beetlejuice
Edward Scissorhands
Groundhog Day
Terminator 2
etc.

Haha my Dad's a bit of a movie buff so I can actually recall being snuck in to see True Lies. I definitely saw T2 in theatres too but not sure if that was R here or not, either way I saw some "bad" movies that a 7 year old probably shouldn't have, but I turned out okay.

Then there are the obvious choices of like Sound of Music and Gone With The Wind but I was never coerced into watching either.

As far as going to the movies my family never went? Seems like everyone elses family were going but mine. I really didn't go to the cinema regularly until I was about 15. My dad was constantly watching whatever he wanted and during the day the same went for my mom, the children were not aloud or really had no chance to watch what interested us. So yeah, I saw alot of bad movies and TV. Oh, well you can't win em all

No way Doc Steve, I loved all the movies I was forced to sit through, and the fact that I liked them so much made it really awesome to hear my dad say, "Hey we're watching this tonight." It was great!
