https://toofab.com/2012/12/15/12-day...-santa-clause/ This article says Disney took it out starting with the VHS release.

6:50 mark of the VUDU HDX version. It's also intact in the Prime Video version.

They removed the bit where Patricia tells Scott that they will be staying at Niels parents’ house and handing him the number in the iTunes copy and MA app for the HD copies. On Disney+, it is also removed.

That stinks. Too bad no one thought of recording the SPANKME clip in HD while they had the chance, so far the only recording floating around online is from the original VHS.

Actually I have the whole uncut web-rip of the film downloaded to my computer (not piracy, I own the Blu-ray, DVD, and VHS). I'll upload the clip to YouTube when I can.

EDIT:

Disney is providing new masters, damn. I wonder if this means the dryer is going to be gone in Lilo & Stich on digital platforms too. Even Disney’s new disc pressings of L&S are the UK version with the dryer replaced. Not cool, Disney. Not cool.
