Thumbs up Tom Clancy's Hawx awesome deal

Hi all,
I just picked up Hawx today from HMV and they have a deal where you get the regular version of End War for free when you buy Hawx. They say that the deal is while quantities last or until March 8th. I am not sure about other HMV stores, or online policies, but the HMV at Yonge and Dundas has a few End War left in stock. So if you live in the GTA area, I believe it's worth the trip.

I'm lost on what you're saying, but I did talk my wife into picking up HAWX for me yesterday so my drunken self didn't have to drive into town.

Loving the game!

Ah, man this post is classic. He's like, "dude I don't know WTF you're talking about, but this game is sweet!"

Is the non-assisted mode (I think that's what they called it) always from a 3rd person perspective? I liked the demo but in the 2nd mission where it wasn't insisting that I use that mode, I kept it in the cockpit view. Just wondering if the game has to be played in the non-assisted mode to get anywhere in it.

Nope the game can be played in either mode. The assistance off mode grew on me after using it for a while. I already beat it on Elite, pretty good game and storyline. Now I just have to work my way to General.

Thanks for the info and good to know that you can play it either way. Definitely plan to pick up the game now since I was only hesitating because I wanted the choice to play it either way.

Yeah, after playing around with the demo for a while last night, I was getting a little better at the assistance off mode so maybe it'll grow on me as well.
