1- Venom is a standalone superhero, not Spider-Man's supervillain (anymore).

2- Cinematic Venom has NO relationship with Spider-Man.

3- Cinematic Venom has no spider-powers.

4- Cinematic Venom has no spider-logo on the chest.

This could change with Morbius or even Venom 2 depending what is shown. It was confirmed by the director of Venom that the plan all along was for Venom to eventually crossover with Tom Holland's Spider-Man.

Don't rule anything out. (yet)
