I'm kind of surprised most of the Munsters' movies weren't bundled together. Like Universal did.
Of course, Hammer... I think I'm answering my own semi-quandary here: Shout! are very money-grubby. (Not sorry.) Again, Universal bundled those movies. As did Sony. As did Warner. They really understood the thing about not everyone being rich. I paid less than $20 I think for those 8 Universal Hammer movies on DVD, Shout! is just sticking the knife in, deep, and with no love- over $25 a piece for those movies. It's like they wanted to do this with the Vincent Price movies all along and never had the guts but now they've got that strait-jacket weasel from Roger Rabbit working for them... (methinks it's a possibility) God, did they ever hit the jackpot on Hammer, too... they got 'em all it'd about seem. And those prices are just terrifying. I guess that's not much about the Munsters (which is hard to spell fast without typos btw). Hmmm. Last edited by fourfliesDVD; 04-06-2020 at 07:56 AM. |
