Hmmm, I still don't' get it. Lots of movies that haven't been on Blu Ray are searchable here. For example, look for "Dracula: Dead and Loving It", and the title is displayed. Then you can get on a pre-order mailing list for when they release it on Blu Ray.

Uodate: Kat Ellinger states in her Diabloque review of the Anolis that that edition has more extras than the US and UK releases and includes a German commentary (whether it has English subs or not, I'm not sure). It sounds like the Madeleine Smith interview is longer and therefore probably different but I can’t confirm this.

So the question is: does the above-linked German BD/DVD combo have the same extras as the Anolis? Anyone have it?

I think so.

There are other unconfirmed notes of footage being cut before the theatrical release, and a scene that's mentioned by the filmmakers on the audio commentary, but all thought to be lost.

I wonder if that's a mistake? I always heard it was mere frames missing from other prints. So 6 frames perhaps, not 6 seconds? 6 seconds sounds excessive for a simple decapitation.

Hmmm, yes 6 seconds does seems gratuitous for a decapitation, even by my standards (not really). I'll bet it's closer to 6 frames like you said. I've ordered the Hansesound version, so I'll try to report back, or maybe someone with this one or the Anolis version could chime in?
