I'd like to know too, this news story implies that the standalone blu ray releases are same as the 2011 masters but if you buy the 4k release any blu disc bundled with it is the new masters.

if you purchase the film on its own with its recent release, the 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray combo pack includes the Maclunkey cut, while the Blu-ray standalone version instead comes with the HD release of the film that initially debuted in 2011

A New Hope and Empire are now no longer in Amazons 2 for £15 offer, I'm guessing they sold out already? I should have pulled the trigger faster!

Just checked my copy of A New Hope and can confirm that it is the new master

I ordered mine around 10am yesterday and mine hasn't been dispatched yet however it will. Gotta realise how many people all jumped on these in the first 48 hours of course theres a backlog. Everyone will get their orders as will you. Patience is the jedi way. Remember your training

Out of random curiosity does royal mail still deliver for zoom when its big bulk orders like 10 4ks? Or is it another company. I vaguely remember a few months ago I ordered something that came by another company I just can't remember who it was. I'm thinking its DHL but I could be wrong

Well my order just arrived and they sent the old version of Rise of Skywalker and not the new sleeve. Gonna contact Zoom now and see what they say.

I think the problem is they have the same TPN (or zooms equivalent of) so even though theres a different EAN on the cover in the system its recognised as the same film because a TPN can have multiple EANs associated with it.

Yeah I figured it would be something like that. Just annoying. I’ve mentioned it on Twitter as well so hopefully they’ll respond soon.
