I have no idea what this is. I feel like I should have heard of it before. But I'm picking up all of Arrow's japanese stuff anyway.

If they ever remake Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Coming Out of Their Shells Tour I want it to be just like Burst City.

But for real though, I remember watching Burst City years ago. It's a strange, wild and explosive nonstop roundhouse kick to the face type of film.
