If you want excellent customer service look towards Sony as they take very good care of the customers. They are more expensive, but they have a low failure rate with their products and they resolve issues promptly and without hassle when problems do arise. Panasonic is also good in this regard.

I think it's only fair to inform people, so if it makes me look like a pest, I guess that's the way it's going to be.

If/when I purchase my projector and I've got it narrowed down to a few choices, I only hope people come forward and tell me of there negative experiences if they exist.

That's just me though.
