Not sure how accurate the release date is on that listing though (I assume it'll be here before December 31st).

It got released on their streaming service in the last couple of days so I reckon it'll likely be within in a month or two.

Ema was released on June 29th on BD, and on 1st May on the streaming service last year, Matthias and Maxime was late August on streaming, mid Oct on BD.
