LOTR: Fellowship of the Ring doesn't have Dolby Vision anymore. It looks like they have removed it. I'm pretty sure it had it when I bought it.

Very strange, I just checked on Play Store on my phone and it says HDR and HDR10+, which was just certified for hardware. MA still says DolbyVision there.

I have a feeling there is some idiocy going on and it's the studio fault. I have found out that LionsGate can't upload movies correctly -- the studio says Google is responsible for a movie being 4k (like Knowing, nic cage 2009) but Google said Lionsgate is.

I found the developer documentation for the STUDIO to upload their OWN content

and Red Heat with Arnold is another that Lionsgate has messed up. just sent a huge complaint in to Google\YouTube over it

This was just in the news, wonder if it affects anything.

I emailed Google's support about the missing Dolby Vision in March and the issue still hasn't been resolved. They have send me emails almost weekly saying that they are still investigating and have asked me for more info few times. They did it again last week. I have a feeling that they can't do anything about it.

Is there any word yet on Batman V Superman UE getting a free upgrade to the new remaster in 4K for people in the UK very soon. The Google Movies app is selling it in 4K but it is sold as a separate digital copy through the app or maybe on the Google Play website. Thanks in advance.
