I found a link that lists who owns what. Time Warner owns New Line Cinema and Warner Bros. I don't think Warner Bros. owns New Line Cinema. Warner Bros. handles New Line Cinema's distribution into Germany.

I think they are scheduled to release HD-DVD movies in early '07and Blu-ray slightly after that point (depending on sales).
