Mine finally shipped from Amazon UK this morning. I pre-ordered a couple of weeks ago when it was briefly in stock. I paid for Global Priority shipping with an estimated delivery date of April 11-13. Amazon UK has always sent my Global Priority orders via DHL or UPS Express. But this one was sent via some company called Geodis with an estimated delivery of April 21. So definitely not "priority" and there's no clear way to track the package. Chatted with Amazon and they agreed to at least refund my shipping fees.

Thanks for sharing this. I too selected the same shipping option and just checked my details and it is the same as yours as well. I reached out to AmazonUK support and they said could refund my shipping fees too but after it has been delivered. Was that also the same for you?

They refunded the shipping cost (roughly £13) immediately. I'm able to track the package on the Amazon UK website, but I can't find a way to track it directly with the carrier (Geodis). Here's the latest status from the Amazon UK tracking page:

Parcel arrived at a carrier facility

Might be worth starting another chat session with a new agent to see if they can push through the refund immediately.

New agent was able to help me quickly and easily this time. The longer wait sucks but hopefully our packages arrive safely and damage free.

I chose the "gift wrap" option for a few dollars extra in hopes that it will at least have a bit of extra padding. Fingers crossed.

Received mine this afternoon via USPS. Apparently went from Geodis to Pitney Bowes and finally to USPS for delivery. I'm glad I paid a bit extra for the gift bag since it definitely provided a good amount of padding. Steelbook arrived in mint condition and is beautiful! Not sure which design I like better (this one or Best Buy) but glad to have them both.

For those in the US still waiting on this to arrive - check your USPS Informed Delivery account if you have one. You might have a package coming from "AMAZON PB UK." The tracking updates on my Amazon UK order page stopped after the package left the UK, but I was able to the USPS tracking number to follow it once it arrived in the US.

Oh, I think this one is exponentially more attractive than the garish Best Buy one, though if the Walmart Exclusive slipcover had been the basis for a Steelbook anywhere, that would’ve been absolute perfection.
