The way it should’ve been released from the beginning instead of the drama with the individual seasons.

For once, my procrastination at getting the subsequent seasons has paid off.

So Season 1 is still stuck with the low 192K bitrate 2.0 audio? Really can't even give us a lossless 2.0 track?

My guess is either one of those EpikPak style of cases like the DVD releases now come in. (1-4 in one case, 5-8 in another).

Maybe if we're lucky, they'll just have a box housing the individual seasons Blu-Ray releases.

Did you notice this says it's on BD-R. Is this a legit release or a bootleg?

It's the site. Clear your cache/cookies of the site and you'll get it working.

It’s a studio release, but it’s on BD-R rather than being pressed.

I've had this happen to me before. Somehow you are able to restrict the product listings to a single studio. When this happens, the image in the upper left corner changes from:

To one for a specific studio. In this case:

I'm not sure what the proper way is to fix this but I've fixed it by deleting the Movie Zyng cookies in the browser.

Pretty sure it's just a collection of whatever existing discs are out there, so some in the set are probably BD-R, while others are pressed.

I was looking forward to this release for the fact that it could contain a mashup of Koch Media's menus/subtitles and CBS' fixed episodes for at least Ep 2 and 13 of Season 2 however at 39 discs instead of 40 that suggests to me that they have just dumped their Season 2 MOD into the boxset and called it a day. If that is the case it's a little disappointing but we shall see what comes of it though once released I suppose.

I've been waiting for a complete series box set but may pass if it's just BD-R discs. We'll see what happens.

Patience finally pays off! I was initially put off by the pricing of the first few seasons, and then when the issues started I gave up ever getting this on blu...

I just started rewatching this one on Peacock, but I think I'll pause until the discs are released.

Yeah unless they messed up the description i assume the BD-R is there because of season 2 but we will see once its released.

I think the BD-R thing is probably because some of the earlier seasons say they're BD-R but were actually pressed. I think it's common for CBS/Paramount MOD releases to just say BD-R from the start because they plan to have a first run pressed and then gradually switch to BD-R later, so they're not changing their product images/labels and people can't complain about it being BD-R once it switches... which is why I never got the individual ones, I waited too long.

Somebody could always ask MZ if they need to know ASAP, they've done it before.
