Shout came out 2021, Concorde in 2019, few months after the Lionsgate version. I haven't seen/compared both with my own eyes but I guess Concorde master should be the same as Lionsgate

Why would it be the older master (already released in Germany) and not a newer one? Concorde’s rights lapsed and NSM swooped in to do (essentially) pointless mediabook releases?

These Mediabooks are Repacks of the Concorde disc. Concorde holds the rights for the German speaking market. They only released a Keep Case in 2019. NSM is doing Mediabook repacks now.
