Artwork on the discs on 1 and 2 is different than past releases (again), but Atmos label on them and no MPAA rating for II suggest they’re the versions on the corrected 1 and 2 release (with 2 being the remaster).

Only the PII replacement disc has Atmos, also notice there's no R rating logo on it, it's most likely the uncut remaster, this set is a good deal. Noticed they don't have it online yet, must be in store only.

The suspiciously quiet release of that new $20 in-store walmart 5-disc exclusive set is very likely why the Sphere Collection has been dropped to just $61.

Rather than gamble with the transfers and content on the mystery-meat walmart set (which looks in fact like an excellent buy), and deal with odd packaging, stacked discs, etc., I just grabbed a second Sphere set for the collection instead, at that new $61 price. I'm a guy's guy, so two balls are better than one, anyway.

I suspect that this low-priced $20 wally world release, which reeks of an 11th-hour cash-grab, might be hinting at a future 4k release in the works, at least for some of the films....One can hope, anyway....

I wouldn't mind ordering a second copy from Amazon accept I don't think they can get it to me undamaged. I have the worst luck with them. They'd probably ship it in an envelope. LoL

Yes, in a paper envelope. And the driver will leave it in the rain, in the uncovered portion of my front deck. Then they'll send me another. I'm good with it. The sphere is plastic, and so are the discs

The Sphere set, the corrected I and II set, and seemingly this new slim 5 movie Walmart set have a new 4K remaster of II (with a split second of uncut footage) which is a good video quality upgrade over the Scream disc.

Picked 5 pack up at Wal-Mart locally. Phantasm 1 and 2 are NOT the same as the replacement discs from the 2 pack collection. They are both Atmos and part 2 is unrated cut but they are missing bonus features from the replacement discs.

KEEP your replacement discs if you got them.
