Friday night before the Cellar Club (which is now running as repeats of previous club nights by the way), there was nothing wrong with your dad's television set, he was watching The Outer Limits, which must be close to the end of the first season now.

I guess my dad must have had the channel on most of the evening, but he does tend to drift off to sleep briefly from time to time, so he may not have been paying too much attention to what was going on.

I've just been looking at tomorrow night's schedules and Talking Pictures is also showing The Blood On Satan's Claw (Patrick Wymark), followed by another two films. I didn't even know they were screening classic horrors on a Friday night, so hats off to TP. Again, even though I have the above film on disc, I'll probably still watch it here anyway as it has been a while since I last viewed it.

These are the kinds of films which used to crop up back in the days when BBC2 screened late night horror double-bills. Those were the days.
