What's your point? It just says collect both. Nowhere does it say you absolutely must buy both, or if you only bought one it would somwhow be incomplete. What would you expect them to write there? Imagine people whining because Disney is offering TWO choices. it could have easily just been the Wakanda one and no one would *****, but they offer a completely alternative one, and the whining starts. It honestly makes no sense. It's like people never heard of variant comic books either.
