The Mortal Kombat 2021 movie was decent, but a lot of origin stuff again and too much time spent with Kano IMO.

Yeah, I enjoyed MK21 mildly, but it was all set up no real story. MK95 was at least a full on movie that had a plot and even without gore managed to be a blast.
